1: I will meet with you as needed and provide detailed guidance to create your timeline and work on your reception planning forms.
2: I will provide assistance with your music selections and make suggestions based on the songs you request. Then all you do is show up and have fun!
3: I will provide you with a personalized online planner that you can access 24/7, from any computer, tablet or smartphone! You use this tool to tell me how to make your wedding day perfect.
4: I will provide wireless microphone(s) for the toast and speeches. If I am providing the sound system for the ceremony too, I provide wireless lavaliere-type microphones for the officiant, bride, and groom.
5: I will arrive at least two (2) hours before the first guest arrives. When the first guest arrives, your background music selections will be playing and I will be ready to go.
6: I will make all your wedding reception announcements. This includes introduction of the bridal party, bride & groom, cake cutting and more! Oh yeah, No cheesy "70's radio DJ voice."
7: I have nearly 400,000 songs in my music library. These are songs I own, I won't be relying on a wifi connection to download music or play from a playlist. I have songs from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's and todays hits! Including Pop, Disco, Motown, Rock, Latin, Hip Hop, Country, Swing, R&B, Punk & much more. I have every song you'll need for your reception, but if I don't, I'll get it! And my music is safe for the kids and grandma's ears - no foul language!
8: I will get to know our you and your family. If there is anything I can do to assist at the reception, I will. When you hire Indy Wedding DJs, we are on this journey with you. Together we will have the best Reception ever!
